Add the sugar and vinegar, and stir until well blended.
Add in the apple juice and vinegar.
Pour in the orange juice and cornstech and stir well until combined.
Sprinkle the dry ingredients evenly over the wet ingredients.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 45 to 60 minutes or until the top of the rolls is set and golden brown.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool.
Allow to cool completely.
