According to the latest research, the ackees are good for skin and hair, and they’re great for preventing acne.
The fruits, which grow naturally in the UK, are being studied in Australia, New Zealand and the US.
But they’re not the only fruit to get the treatment.
The research published in The Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology is one of a number of papers examining the benefits of ackee.
“This is one area that has been looking at the benefits for the ackes for a long time,” said Dr Emma Jones, an ecologist at the University of Western Sydney and one of the study’s co-authors.
I’ve always been fascinated by how the acks are able to improve skin and they’ve been used in cosmetic procedures, she told Healthline.
Dr Jones said the ackys are very versatile.
“They have a lot of different uses,” she said.
The ackee fruits contain flavonoids that are known to help skin heal, protect against damage and improve blood circulation.
These antioxidants can be found in other fruit such as berries and apples.
Ackee fruit was first discovered in the late 1960s by a group of Australian scientists, who found that it can help skin recover from scarring caused by sunburn and inflammation.
It was first isolated from ackee berries, which were harvested by locals and sent to farmers in Queensland, for processing and sale.
After the berries were harvested, the Australian scientists made the acke berries into an edible powder and sold them in a local supermarket.
It was only when Australian chemist and chemist who also happened to be an ackee farmer noticed the fruits in the market that he decided to try them.
He started to make the acka fruit into capsules and the capsules were made into creams, powders and creams.
Eventually he created a range of products from creams to hair products, and eventually into creamed cream and cream products.
In 2010, the University in Queensland produced a study in which ackee juice was tested in patients with moderate to severe acne.
Ackee juice helped patients to remove their pimples and the study found that cream was the best way to remove acne.
Another study in 2010 found that ackee oil was able to reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes in women with oily skin.
Acke oil is often used to help prevent the formation of scarring, but it’s not used in the treatment of acne.
Dr Jones said it was important to look beyond the research.
“We don’t really know the long term effects of ackees,” she explained.
