From the mouth of a guy who says he’s a doctor: “If you want to lose weight, eat fruit punch.”
That guy in a suit, apparently, is the guy who wrote the newfangled book called Devil Fruit: The Art and Science of Fattening Up Your Health.
I spoke to him by phone yesterday.
We also discussed why he thinks this new fangled fruit punch is so effective, why it’s only been around for a couple of years, and what it’s all about.
Dr. Michael Siegel is a practicing dermatologist in Brooklyn, New York.
He’s the author of the new book, Devil Fruit.
The Devil fruit is a brand of dried fruits that originated in India.
It’s a very powerful plant.
It works by stimulating the immune system, stimulating the circulation of the blood and helping your body fight off disease.
The FDA approved Devil Fruit in 2004.
But it took a while for consumers to get it.
“I remember, in the early 2000s, the only time I ever saw a Devil Fruit was when it came out,” Siegel says.
“In that case, it wasn’t that the FDA didn’t like it, it was that they didn’t have the scientific knowledge to understand it.
But in that case the FDA actually approved it.”
What do you think of the Devil Fruit brand now?
What’s the scientific basis for it?
Dr. Siegel: It’s definitely a powerful product, it’s definitely the most effective product that we’ve had in the last 25 years.
It has very high levels of vitamins, which is really important because they are needed for normal growth and normal development.
It also has a very strong antioxidant that’s supposed to protect you from certain types of cancer.
So it’s really a very effective way to combat cancer.
I think people have been confused about it for a long time.
It was a very popular food in the US in the 1990s and was really a fad.
But I would say, the fact that we have had a lot of people come out and have this information, I think, is encouraging.
We’re just a few years into the research that we can see how effective this is and how effective it is as a supplement.
It’s hard to find people who are really familiar with it and who are aware of its benefits.
So I think that it’s very helpful to people who haven’t tried it.
People should not be hesitant to try this, especially if they have the right nutrition.
What’s the best part of using it?
“The most important thing is that it helps your immune system.
The body doesn’t have to make antibodies against it.
It makes antibodies against itself.
So you don’t have a problem with the amount of fat you eat.
You have to take a lot more than just food, which you should be eating.
You also have to drink a lot.
And so when you drink it, you need to have a lot to actually be able to do anything.
So if you are eating a lot, you’re going to need a lot for a while.
You’re going in and out of the stomach and that can take a while to do.
So that’s the most important part of it.
The most important fact is that this is a very good diet and I think a lot people are not understanding it.
I was talking to a woman who’s actually on the drug and is on a diet, but she said, “I have to be careful with my diet.
I have to eat fruits and vegetables.
“I said, I agree.
I’ve always been on a plant-based diet, and I still do.
And I think she’s right.
But that’s all part of the process.
What you have to do is to eat a lot and drink a little.
You also have some other health benefits.
It lowers your blood pressure, which helps you lose weight.
So in general, it really helps with weight loss.
It is very powerful.
I’m sure you can tell this is kind of a hot topic right now.
People are concerned about it.
Dr. Sauer says, it is a complex topic and there are people who have different opinions.
But he says, I’m a doctor and I know what I do.
I know the scientific evidence.
So when I look at that evidence, I have no problem.
I’m not worried about it because it is scientifically proven.
I think there are some people who want to believe it.
They don’t know the science, and they’re trying to use it against their health, which, I don’t care what their agenda is.
They have no right to that.
Dr: Do you have a message for the rest of us?

It’s an amazing food, really good for your heart.
It helps you reduce your risk of heart disease.
